If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and a full refund. No questions asked.

How to start a return
Email us at hello@dadbodbag.shop with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll reply with the return address and simple instructions. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back so we can match it to your order.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, let us know and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges
Want a different style? Just tell us in your email and we'll arrange an exchange, or refund you so you can reorder.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
In addition to the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
Once we receive your return we'll let you know, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, contact us at hello@dadbodbag.shop.
